X64action should respond to all the legitimate questions about the drilling contract where Mr Williams, Mr Welker and the proposed board member Mr Nickeas had interests.
This drilling contract led to the resignation of an employee who made very serious allegations against Mr Welker's partner Mr Williams.
According to the initial response of the company X64 on their official website :
"By the Employee, the Board also learned that:
o Mr Williams had insisted that Ranger Equipment perform the surface drilling;
o Mr Williams had instructed the Employee to drill beyond what the Employee believed was appropriate; and
o the Employee had resigned from their position with X64 Qld in order to protect their professional reputation."
What was the cost of drilling per metre for this drilling contract where the former terminated directors had interests ?
The activist shareholders should also respond to the reports from Glass Lewis and Institutional Shareholder Services which both recommend voting against all resolutions from Vitrinite.
It would not look good at all for X64action to keep avoiding all the legitimate questions from numerous contributors.
Is X64action planning to stay silent until the vote is over ?
I think this all looks very bad to promote "transparency" and avoid answering before the general meeting all the legitimate questions many contributors have put forward.
