Red Sky Energy Ltd has given Enhanced Biogenic Methane Ltd (EBM) a 25% farm-in entitlement and receive a production royalty from permits where biogenic methane enhancement technology is applied.

EBM holds an exclusive Australian licence to biogenic methane enhancement technology from the Western Research Institute of Wyoming, which is at the forefront of development and application of this technology.

EBM is associated with Red Sky's managing director Rohan Gillespie. It is finalising plans for a demonstration project on lignite in Victoria, with the results to be made available to Red Sky to assist in planning the Red Sky single well development project.
