EUR doesn't hold 20% in EVR but they hold 20% of the Weinebene project, which is an extension of their Wolfsburg project. EVR's side of the extension and surrounding area apparently seems to be of higher grade and larger?
EVR i believe also has first right of refusal, to buy this 20%, though I don't think we will, with the cash EUR would have it definitely would spend on our side as well, they need that extension! Perhaps this is also one of the reasons no news from Yahua? They want to see what is going on? But if they delay then BMW may want the offtake as well from our end.
By the way with the SPAC it is definitely a done deal, even if there are redemptions, however those who redeem, will get their cash back but the vote goes to management then, hence the done deal.
Though I think EUR may eventually make a bid for our 80% as well sooner than later, it would be in their best interest to do so and also before we start drilling and shore up our resource, which would mean a much higher value then.
So if EUR is now value around $750 million or around AU$1.2 billion, that is a 10x higher valuation or the perceived "real" value of the mine. This is also around 3x the PFS NPV of AU$350-400+. Would that mean we should be at the very least 10% of this valuation for this project alone? Especially considering the ground we have?
