Thanks for the detailed response! I think if LTR hits around $4 it will be hard not to sell at least a small chunk - or if LTR ever exceeds like 70% of my portfolio haha
Dividends is a whole other topic... I really wonder what this could potentially end up paying. We're talking at least 2 years away I assume before it's a consideration though.
