I've given the company a nudge to bring some tangible (quantitative) outlooks for the business to the AGM, and also what assurance they will be putting in place. Gross margins per business division are improving, and Aussie ERP had a really strong year, but revenue actuals aren't matching what they previously forecast for Quicta, which was meant to be the unicorn and part of Arthur Fernandez's mandate.
My own forecasts at 10% YoY growth in Aus and 20% in Asia paint a rosy picture and have this at a 15% CAGR, which I see as being very achievable, but I want to see management back themselves with something they will hold themselves accountable to.
