Looks like ASIC can't touch these crooks:
REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO SHAREHOLDERS
As the Company is registered in Bermuda, the Corporations Act does not apply to the Company.
This means that a Shareholder cannot commence an action under the Corporations Act against
the Company where a shareholder considers the removal of the Company from the Official List
to be contrary to the interests of Shareholders as a whole or oppressive to, unfairly prejudicial
to, or unfairly discriminatory against a shareholder or group of Shareholders, or that it involves
‘unacceptable circumstances’.
