Lacking in proactive financial management is surely the understatement of the year. This company stated on several occasions that non-equity funding would be pursued. On that basis, I'm sure that many, including myself, did not sell as we expected no dilution would be forthcoming. IMO is it almost negligent that no updates on funding have been provided since the now-infamous "mouse trial" announcements that have ended up more or less as shredded paper on the floor of the ASX announcements office.
