Personally I think to give them 3 years for a target of 10c is too low a bar. The longest term I would give is 1 year for them to attain the target.
For 3 years, I would set the bar at 30c, considering many shareholders paid 20c for their holding.
That is the reason I would want management to show that they have done something worthwhile before they are being rewarded. What better way is to get the share price back to pre Delfin days?
