Who knows what Grant and team will find when they get in to the company, but I expect that PB will endeavour to have included some form of indemnity clause into his departure contract so there is a really chance that he will resign before the AGM IMHO.

I’m totally with you on this one Berocca. He will be grovelling to Biddle as we speak trying to negotiate as many $’s and indemnity clauses into his resignation package as possible, and he will want it signed off before the AGM for sure.
