CCP under Xie have shown their plans, control of global manufacturing & production using cartels like opec+ & rare metals & steel, plus oil & gas.

NP affected by tripled demand & slashed western supply.
There is no Ni stock for the west, there is no Indo rescue or npi matte.
It was a ruse to maintain price fixing & stock control.
soon the west hedgies & anglo bankers will hit the short squeeze attacks hard, as they realise they are stuffed.
