Totally agree, but the era of sportswashing in AUstralia appears over.
Thankfully Beach is not involved but it’s main competitor Origin Energy is now supporting the Diamonds, Woodside supports Fremantle, AGL supports Melbourne Victory, Alinta supports Cricket Australia. Santos supports Australian Rugby. Ampol supports rugby league
Of all the upstream and downstream producers, Beach is the odd one out.
