came back recently. Its def going through tough times but I don't think we should write off the USA. Heard Asians have been getting in, Miami Beach especially. For Aussie investors we need to consider FX changes, given the near record strength in the AUD I think hedging some of the potential downside with USD cashflows is sensible. If the aussie continues well so be it, we're all mostly net long AUD here anyway.
I don't know whether theres more downside or not but if you do your searching and cover all legal/tax issues there's definitely alot of value out there.
