I for one can't see the point of releasing their 'dividend policy' as it means absolutely nothing nada...lol
As @SteveSage points out you need to be EBITDA positive before you release rubbish like this - we are back to the let's make noise for the sake of it so someone thinks we are doing something.
The sooner the new CEO comes in the better
