1. That is a ludicrous amount of money; this company is not at the scale where that is appropriate.
2. I still think it is something else. The section for Brad does not explicitly say this, and what you copied likely would be inferring EVERY other employee that does not get a direct mention where executives do.
3. The numbers don't match what it looks like the annual report would be referencing as a bonus.
