    no one is doing anything to manipulate the share price!!
    u actually need volume- u know someone actually buying and selling for any manipulation to occur
    Vrx has no volume- Vrx is not being manipulated
    there is nothing for any prospective investor to want to invest at this stage
    they can wait for epa approval and likely still buy under 20 cents
