We are responsible for our own actions. Always. If you play the market game knowing that there are a lot of crooks (hiding behind short term price movements) then you will do well to know fair value leave emotions at the door.

From the Sydney Fish Markets, Calcutta Bovine Exchange, Himalayan Salt Mines to the Arctic Ice Market... there are plenty of crooks out there. The best way to separate you from whatever it is that you have is to emotionally convince you that what you have is not worth as much as you think. In a moment of weakness just know that the shares you own don't perish like fish do, don't grow old like cattle do and is not a fad like pink salt. But most of all it won't melt so you have all the time in the world to hold on to it and wait for a better price.
