I think that bringing on Kenneth Williams will result in more power to Dennis and we know what happened last time Dennis had the power - STX made more than a reasonable offer to WGO which was not even presented to shareholders. That has cost us WGO shareholders significantly. It is completely terrifying to think that if a deal between the two does not happen, WGO will rot as no-one wants them as non operator. Their only way forward is a combined entity.So as Smile Through The Rain said "be mindful of your proxy nomination!"
