    A couple of reasons spring to mind, 1) The order may not get filled. 2) Why squabble over half a cent if you have conviction in a company. 3) Support of a company you believe in and assist SH gains. 4) Increase in broker fees (most likely negated if bought on market) 5 and not least) You took me seriously.
