Ok Sungar no experience in US property I have just heard there was some significant outstanding taxes on allot of the property.
Personally I don't think I would buy property over there simply for the fact that I am more hands on with its management. I am sure there are plenty of bargains over there that would do great in a few years if you do the right due diligence into all the costs and could potentially afford to have to property vacant for an extended period of time.
