So where would people who don't want to buy a house, for many of the reasons *occasionally* shared in here, live if there weren't rental properties available?
Is this fool suggesting that if investor purchasing hadn't driven up prices, everyone would be able to buy one? Or that the government should provide rentals to those who don't want to buy?
What about employers and banks, they usually have some influence over who can buy and who can't, regardless of affordability levels.
I mean really... what a twat. About the only way what he seems to be suggesting could be seen to have even an ounce of rationality is if we were a communist state!
