Yet no estimate until mid next year.
If it is that number of engineers, it is a lot.
This is full scale detailed design, operations readiness technical writing, construction planning levels of people.
If that is not what the company is paying for, I'd agree, a full breakdown of the Engineering costs would be worth seeing.
