Strong buying at the finish. I suspect is it ahead of an expected increase (one way or the other) for Arrow. Arrow now trading well above the $5.00 offer.


One other piece of speculation - which nation, with one of the world's faster growing economies, with a population above 1 billion people (and growing fast), and a large consumer of coal, is also going to need to secure large amount of gas?
