I've never properly understood dilution. Can someone help? Why can't you just buy on market if you believe an equity raise to "instos" is done at a deep discount to the true worth of the company? This is usually possible because the share price tracks down to around the discounted raise price. You then have offset any perceived dilution correct? Thanks.
