$16K would make sense looking at the historical price average because we are now entering a hangover period from the high demand period of Tin consumption during the lockdowns when demand for electronic goods went through the roof. Although I would expect it to be a short term low, relatively.
Now we enter a period where many people have nice new lappies. And those that don't have the specter of rising interest rates for the short to medium term.
