Lynxx. If there is so much inconsistency and smokey mirrors about GXY's financial dealings with Creat why then appoint the founder of Creat as a Non Executive Director (see below)?
If these dealings were not financially sound no bank would have provided funds to GXY let alone the China Development Bank and its syndicate partners with the CDB picking up 60% of the funding.

Having read all your posts to date and I do respect your thoroughness in finding and explaining what perhaps was not understood entirely by the likes of myself but I do think you are trying to discover or uncover something that is not there.

GALAXY APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR
Emerging lithium producer, Galaxy Resources Limited (ASX: GXY), today announced it has appointed Dr Zheng Yuewen
as a Non Executive Director effective immediately.
Dr Zheng is the founder of Creat and has worked in several major Chinese governmental organisations including the
Ministry of Railway and the State Bureau of Seismology. He is Vice President of the All-China General Chamber of Industry
and Commerce, Vice President of the China Non-Governmental Science & Technology Entrepreneurs Association. He has
a PhD in Finance and a Bachelors degree in Finance and Economics.
Shareholders at the 14 October 2009 General Meeting of shareholders overwhelming approved the appointment of Dr
Zheng to the Galaxy Board.
Mr Xiaojian Ren, CEO of Creat, has been appointed as an alternate Director to Dr Zheng.
