Thanks. Makes sense. But if as an existing shareholder I am confident the cap raise price (to instos) and now lower SP is at a deep discount to the "true" value of the business I can then top up on market to offset the otherwise dilutory effect on my existing holding. And presumably now with sufficient fresh capital the company is more likely to realise its "true" worth so it is an even better bet (at the now further discounted price) than before the raise from instos. Make sense or still faulty logic somehow?
