If it hits $1, that'd be half my mortgage gone... there'd certainly be a party at my place, with rivers of champagne.
If I was to sell, that is. So I'm hoping there'll be a more modest amount of champagne, with the promise of vast amounts thereof, in a slightly longer timeframe.
Exciting days ahead, I'm almost certain of it.
