I couldn't get through the Drake document it was so full of self-righteous BS. Andrew and I were flabbergasted by this and that and the other. Corporate governance in Australia is so poor!
And all this - we demanded this and that and were shocked when people didn't immediately comply with our every whim - as if they have right to have their demands met as a minority shareholder.
It really gets my goat - I might not have as many shares as Drake, but where is my right to have my say as a shareholder? So much for the democracy you claim to espouse Drake.
I guess I'll exercise my vote right now to make sure Drake doesn't take a seat at the board table.
