The Ministry of Mining accepted application from CODELCO to extend CEOL, page-22

Looks like SIMCO is signalling they will be taking them to court for this. Here is the link to the article released today about SIMCO's reaction to this. Interestingly one lawyer they interviewed for the article brought up that the case will be stronger for the stakeholder companies if their old code mining concessions had something about looking to exploit lithium as part of it.

Seems like this will be in the news for the next few weeks at least.
