If you can turn the gene expression, there is a potential for use in anti-ageing. From what I read ddRNAI is the only technique which can accurately turn gene expression on a specific gene whereas the other techniques activate other genes as well. Activate on a wrong gene could have a disastrous effect and to the extreme could cause death.

The problem of anti-ageing is to turn an old person into a child if over doing.

Changing gene expression should be able to cure all diseases and make all current drugs obsolete. That is the reason the big pharmacies are slow to embrace this technique.

I believe in the next few years, BLT will constantly reporting new licencing agreement as more or more companies rush to this technique of gene expression. Unless a better technique is invented for gene expression, ddRNAI seems to be leading the world in gene expression.
