re: Ann: Half Year Results Presentation and R... I am probably totally wrong here, but this is a dead ringer of what LLP share price was doing before the LLC takeover. Went down to 9c just a few month before LLCs 31c takeover (then increased to 35c).

I don't usually subscribe to price capping conspiracy theories but trading in PTN does look automated at the moment.

It would make sense for the party wanting to stage a take over to beat down the price. Which is do-able given low liquidity.

The PTN's option to buy our LLC's management right looms nearer and I am wondering if we will be hearing some news soon.

Of course all this wishful thinking cannot explain complete lack of buyers at the moment.

Also, on the management's control I remember looking at top 20 and concluding that there could be no controlling stake but again this could not be the case. Any ideas? Incidentally, it doesn't appear to be on PTN's site - does anybody know where the latest top 20 is?
