Thinking about the two cap raises this morning. The previous one was specifically related to the funding required for SB. At the time they wouldn’t have been aware of what the 1702 data would say. So therefore they made the call to raise before having that in hand, knowing poor 1702 data would collapse the share price and much more dilution would be required to get the SB funds needed.

Now we are in the strong position of more trials to come on rosacea, acne and anti microbial with the SB funds locked away. So can now raise with more confidence and I would hope to see this sold well by EH if indeed it’s them doing it again.

Still bullish on BOT, just keeping in bottom drawer for another 18 months
