As for the capital raising flexibility (including the employee share option plan), I dislike the idea of further dilution but I hate the idea of being held back by financial inflexibility even more. I'm thinking yes for 4 and 5, but a no for 6.
I wonder how Skip will vote. They carry 20% voting capacity.
