AUSNZ has a population near 31 million and CAN/US 370 million - 12 times the size so it seems natural they may have 50,000 subscribers and we have 4,000. Road Poast also had a a much sronger pre existing distriburion network in their regions I believe.
As for API and csosts certainly becoming a bug bear of mine, there was a note on the R & D also being partly for Zoleo so we have to keep spending here yet have also noted Zoleo are sold for minor margins (which may have also compressed lately). I agree the API should be 100% Beam IP and Zoleo Inc actually as a whole needs to then pay us for the use of this. Also I think the 70% gross profit share needs to be reviewed as it is no good if it is draining all the capital out and the entity is hardly cash flow sustainable on its own. This means Road Post will take their large cut and we and them may then have to add funds as additional investment - What I am also saying is are we sure as to how the gross profit is being worked out as if this is a little inflated and Road Post then take 70% it is impacting the entity.
