DRE Chart, page-1378

G'day DK,
I run on very short time-frames so I use daily charts. A month-long hold would be a life-time for me.
That also probably suggests to you that I'm in the very low cap and low priced junior sector ... and you'd be right. I can't remember the last time I traded a stock above 50 cents. Why so low? That sector suits my trading personality.
I only trade mining stocks.
Part of the TA is the fact that I don't buy any stock in a downtrend. I also ruthlessly apply stop-loss discipline to my trading.
No apologies, by the way, are necessary. One of the great features of being in the trading game is that, because we are not competing with one another, we can be as helpful as possible to anyone who needs advice, guidance or simply another point of view.
You'll learn that there are really knowledgeable people on HC's sites ... and a lot who have seemingly done way better than me at trading. No one trading rule makes the money; we'd all be using it if it did. I mostly use breakouts and moving averages - my comment about DRE closing at 14.5 - if accompanied by increasing volume - will be (all other things being equal) a massive 'buy' signal. .
