UN8 or Urinate ? - Definite No all of it . Partial Takeover ? Sounds like a little bit pregnant . Either it is or it isn't , and shareholders get no say if approved ? "This means that control of the Company may pass without members having the chance to sell all of their Shares to the bidder. It also means the bidder may take control of the Company without paying an adequate amount for gaining control." So what happens then , the share becomes vauleless ?
