Jakspara, I Wasn’t trying to be condescending with that comment, just cheeky. I know it’s a very common topic here and one Scott gets a lot, including in a previous interview of mine where I was more direct in discussing retail frustration. It was off-topic from the intended content of this interview so I didn’t want to dwell on it - especially at the end of a 90 minute conversation - but I wanted to include it as it was asked.
