I hold shares just as you do but I need to pay attention to how people feel for each resolution in contrast to other resolutions which are put forward. I feel that there is some level of corporate greed which is contributing to the constant delays & no one can stop me from voicing that as a concerned shareholder. What I feel is what some other shareholders are also seeing when comparing the resolutions.
96% of the people are perhaps just playing ball to get some success without questioning the BOD to get lucky. I did not vote at all & I respect the decision of those who did but at the same time I don't mind standing apart from the rest to just observe.
