Lets say someone is 0.1.
You would agree they shouldn't be driving. However they might think they 'are ok'.
The problem is the 0.8 or 0.5 is particularly hard to judge when over it. A simple rule is no drink and drive.
i certainly do enjoy a few wines myself.
