    1. Why BG/PXA does not participate

    Option 1. Simply delay becouse if CTP does not fulfull minimum comitment then Department of NT will get the leases back from CTP and BG/PXA can grab them ?

    Option 2. Do not believe there anything valuable or anything that comercially intresting?


    Really hard to say why? (would be more inclinded to think of option 1)
