Hi Balduran, due to the different volume weighted average price used perhaps the smart thing to do is vote no to resolution 4 so if it’s achieved it gets paid in cash, reason being if objectives achieved then actual share price likely much higher than the 36c vwap used to calculate number of shares under resolution 4 (a lot lower than what used for resolution 3) . Lets say the share price doubles the 37c used and all conditions met for required periods , then AS would still receive his 963 908 performance shares but they would be worth a whopping $710k. Not a bad extra bonus on top of the already generous bonus. Double whammy.
