Is now a good time to start accumulating RIO around $88 mark , or is it better to wait and see where IO prices go and than buy RIO below $80 maybe $75 even? where are we in the current cycle because RIO is a cyclical stock, so its best to buy this at the BOTTOM of the cycle right?
