Fair enough, I totally understand where you coming from. I do believe not everyone, especially any newcomers would have realised it was a foregone conclusion. For most of us , yes, Coby has been telling us about how well its going for some time. If you see what happened to our neighbours at number 4 when "their chip did not qualify"... so while it was really close to formality, its still a de-risk for shareholders and deserves value.
Coby's commentary was also very inspiring so did add lots to the sentiment.
