I'll spare you details because the main point is that they're in a position where they're forced to sell to survive. It's not an intentional trade-up situation you might be thinking. Lots of investment and strategy was placed into Southern. As stated in their quarterly report, they are depending on this sale and the latest cap raise to sustain operations. So that is what is needed to survive. To get out of the hole, obviously need that big contract and then for people to buy the OTC product going forward.

Btw you got me interested to look further into what the Southern facility offers and it turns out they have to use 3rd parties for the manufacturing and processing of the raw plant, thank god the Mildura facility has all the processes locked down in-house hey? not sure what this hard-to-understand purpose of the southern facility, but can you please enlighten me? thanks.
