Yeah, these guys are just fooling around with hard earned shareholder capital (not their own) and playing their very own game of keeping themselves actively involved in a well paid job and completely forgetting that the name of the game has to be the creation of wealth & profit, or at the very very least, the preservation of capital... They should actively show their commitment to this modus operandi by taking at least 50% paycuts until the company returns to increasing or returning the shareholder capital ranks to par its value.... Thats the name of the game!!!!!!... which many of these small caps conveniently forget.
