Yes. The point is: LILAC made the decision not to go any further at the Salton Sea. They were never, excluded or had the opportunity taken away from them.

They obviously saw the scale of their opportunities elsewhere (I.e. with LKE at Kachi, with the Bolivians in Bolivia and other opportunities within the US), and determined that this was more than enough for them to take on without taking the unnecessary risk of handling the hot Salton Sea brines.

Others here would have us think they were a failure and were moved on by their Client!
