It is certainly a plausible risk especially with the SP at current prices. Resolution 6 looks to prevent any such takeover bids that would be a disadvantage to current shareholders at these ridiculous prices.
My hope: if the SP has been thrashed due to these malicious agendas, may resolution 6 put an end to their hopes and dreams, therefore making any further SP suppression activities worthless.
