It was a trf of stk between two directors. Its quite literally as simple as that.
They can agree any price they want depending on the nature of movement. Eg: I do off mkt transfers once a year. The primary reason for this are movements between my own accounts. I nominate a cost price and it can be any price. These are normal mkt operations.
There is nothing more to it.
