Seeing that large crossing doesnt necessarily mean an announcement is coming. I would suggest it was more likely the opportunity to purchase a large line in one go prior to the EGM on the 19th.
I would just say that based on the potential of the projects alone, SHE sub 10c, or sub 20c for that matter is dirt cheap.....Reason enough for anyone to want to take a big position.
