Thanks guys. A lot to digest and if I was a holder I wouldnt be certain what to do.
Re MK I guess its always easier with hindsight and start-up funding can be difficult to find. The funder can call the tune. A long shot is that LJ just needed cash unexpectedly and will revert to being the holder as hoped. Just looked to me as though mgmt just seemed certain they were dealing with a long term investor.
